Ayodele Odejobi (Hayod)
Ayodele popularly known as Hayod founded Hayvora after more than six years across fintech and payments, where he watched African businesses lose time and money to the friction of moving funds across borders. A physicist by training, he approaches problems the way the discipline taught him to: break the system down, find where it leaks, and rebuild it to work.
He leads Hayvora from Lagos with a single conviction, that a business in Africa should be able to pay and get paid anywhere in the world as easily as one in London or New York. Under his direction the team has built payments infrastructure that puts transparency, compliance, and speed first.
