Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hayvora's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms may be updated periodically and continued use constitutes acceptance.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements to use our services. Businesses must be duly registered and in good standing in their jurisdiction of operation.
Permitted Use
Hayvora's services may only be used for lawful purposes. You agree not to use our platform for illegal transactions, money laundering, financing of terrorism, or any activity that violates applicable law.
Fees & Charges
Transaction fees are disclosed prior to confirmation of each transaction. Hayvora reserves the right to modify fees with reasonable notice. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Hayvora's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, except where prohibited by applicable law.

KYC Requirements
Individual Accounts
Individual account holders must provide a valid government-issued photo ID (national ID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address dated within 3 months, and a selfie for liveness verification.
Corporate Accounts
Corporate accounts require business registration documents, certificate of incorporation, memorandum and articles of association, proof of business address, and KYC documents for all beneficial owners holding 25% or more.
Enhanced Due Diligence
Certain account types or transaction volumes may trigger Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD). This may include source of funds documentation, additional identity verification, or in-person verification.
